by olympia on January 2, 2009

Hi, Voula Here:

This seasons clothing styles for women are sophisticated and come in elegant jewel tones. Shades of gray are also popular and of course, black is always fashionable. The trends of today are a nod toward yesterday, inspired by classic feminine looks. It’s all about the waist this season. A few years ago we took a trip from Greece to Morocco. When presented with the idea to go, I wasn’t enthusiastic about leaving Greece for Morocco. I had just met my summer fling and I was having the time of my life (the guy turned out to be one of my distant cousins but that is a story for another day).

Anyway, after a lot of kicking and screaming, I went along. I never expected to fall completely in love with the country and the people, but I did. My most memorable experience was travelling to an ocean-side town named Essaouira. [click to continue…]

Where to Shop For the Woman That Has Everything

by olympia on September 20, 2008

On the other side of the family room, Toshi just shook his head and smiled. As an almost fully grown man, now a senior in college, he had seen this very same scene played out for as long as he could remember. “Let me guess, Dad, I’m betting that since you didn’t remember Mom’s birthday, that also means that you have no gift,” he said.
