Organic Food, Why Not Organic Skin Care?

Have you ever stood in your shower, naked of course, and looked at the body wash or shampoo bottle and thought: “what exactly is the source of the artificial fragrances? Where do the preservatives and dye’s in my shampoo come from? And What exactly are Parabens, Propylene Glycol and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate?” Ok, maybe you never paid attention, but what on earth are these evil sounding chemicals? If you don’t have any answers to these questions listed above, or were simply up too early in the morning to ask these, let us take this opportunity to ask, “If you don’t let chemically processed foods in your body, why are you allowing chemicals and artificial products on your hair and body?” After all the skin is a large porous organ that absorbs a lot of these chemicals.
